Welcome to JUHD Fitness Community ("JUHD", "we", "our", or "us").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the JUHD Fitness Community mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service").

By using JUHD, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

1.1 Account Information

• Name
• Username
• Email address
• Profile photo
• City/location (if provided)
• Training experience (if provided)

Sign in with Apple

If you choose to sign in using Apple Sign In, we may receive limited account information from Apple, such as:

• Your name
• Your email address (or a private relay email)

We do not receive your Apple ID password.

1.2 Fitness & Workout Data

• Logged workouts
• Exercises performed
• Sets, reps, weight, volume
• Workout duration
• Rest times
• Personal records (PRs)
• Body metrics (if entered manually)

1.3 Health Data (Future Integration)

If you choose to connect Apple Health (HealthKit):

• Steps
• Active energy
• Body weight
• Other fitness-related metrics

Health data is:

• Collected only with your permission
• Used only to enhance app features
• Never sold
• Never shared with advertisers

You may revoke Apple Health access at any time in your device settings.

1.4 User-Generated Content

• Posts
• Comments
• Photos
• Captions
• Workout shares
• Music sharing (if enabled)
• Interactions (likes, comments)

1.5 Subscription & Payment Information

Payments are processed through Apple (App Store).

We do not store: Credit card numbers, Billing details.

We may store: Subscription status, Plan type, Renewal status.

1.6 Device & Technical Data

• Device type
• Operating system
• App version
• Crash logs
• Analytics data
• Usage statistics

Collected via: Firebase Analytics, Crash reporting tools.

Push Notification Data

To deliver push notifications, JUHD collects device tokens and related identifiers provided by Apple.

These identifiers are used solely to:

• Send workout reminders
• Notify you of social interactions
• Deliver service-related announcements

You may disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.

1.7 Location Information

JUHD may collect precise or approximate location data from your device if you grant permission.

Location data may be used for:

• Gym check-ins
• Displaying nearby gyms
• City-based leaderboards
• Community features based on geographic region

Location data is collected only when permission is granted and may be disabled at any time in your device settings.

We do not continuously track your location in the background without permission.

1.8 Email Communications

We may collect your email address to: Send verification emails, Send password reset emails, Send account-related notifications, Send service updates.

Email delivery may be processed through: Resend, Other secure providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate JUHD
• Personalize your experience
• Display your workouts and stats
• Enable social features (friends, posts, comments)
• Process subscriptions
• Improve app performance
• Detect abuse or fraud
• Moderate user-generated content
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using: Supabase infrastructure, Encrypted databases, Secure authentication systems.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your data.

We may share limited data with: Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Firebase), Email providers (Resend), Apple (for subscription validation), Legal authorities when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active.

If you delete your account: Personal data is deleted or anonymized; Some records may be retained for legal compliance.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time inside the app.

Upon deletion: Profile information is removed; Posts may be deleted or anonymized; Workout data is removed; Subscription access ends.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: Access your data, Correct your data, Delete your data, Withdraw consent, Request data export.

Saudi Data Rights (PDPL)

If you are located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you may have rights under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), including:

• The right to access your personal data
• The right to request correction
• The right to request deletion where applicable

8. Children's Privacy

JUHD is not intended for users under 13 years old. If we discover that a child has created an account, we will delete it.

Your information may be processed outside your country of residence. By using JUHD, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy. If changes are significant, we will notify users in-app or via email.
